Please note that all our products, especially perishable items like Alphonso Mangoes, are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their delicate and consumable nature.

Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation, return or refund will not be applicable under any circumstances.

Exceptions:

• Only if the product is severely damaged during transit or wrong product is delivered, we will review the case.
• In such case, clear unboxing video proof is mandatory at the time of opening the parcel.
